OUR RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
As an online business, we aim to provide a service that is totally hassle-free for you. We currently do not accept returns but we will exchange your good for a different size or colour if it is available in stock.
You can return any item within 24 hours of receipt for an exchange to a different size or colour. Just contact our Customer Care team to book an exchange service. Simply email them via email@example.com. Alternatively, you can call us on +234 1 291 7121.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. For example, shoes are to be returned along with the original shoe box. All goods will be inspected on return.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, items marked with a '+' next to the product name cannot be returned. This includes but are not limited to underwear, swimwear and jewellery.
Please note it is very important that when you return an item, we know the order number it relates to, your details and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Without these details we won't be able to take the action you want us to.
HOW DO I BOOK AN EXCHANGE SERVICE?
Booking an exchange service to exchange your syleglee.com goods is easy.
We will collect your goods anytime from 8am – 5pm, between Monday and Friday. All you need to do is choose a day and the address you want us to pick up from when you call us. We will give you a list of available dates and time to choose from.
We will need an address that our carrier can access, and someone will need to be available to hand over the goods otherwise, we won't be able to pick anything up and you will still be charged for the service.
We can even pick up from work if you want us to. Just make sure the collection address is given to our Customer Care team when you call to order the collection.
Please note that each collection is valid for one parcel only. The carrier will not be able to accept any additional parcels.
The fee for an exchange service is N500.
You can pay for our collection service as you would normally pay for your orders with us or you can pay cash on collection.
